Department of Dermatology

The Department of Dermatology at Saint Louis University Health Sciences Center is committed to patient care, education and research. Established in 1992, the Department has become a leading dermatology provider for the region and the nation.
Academic full-time faculty physicians lead a team of residents, medical students and specially-trained nurses and staff who work together to provide the latest diagnostics and treatment. Resident physicians and medical students participate in the care of patients while learning firsthand about general dermatology, standard techniques and new technology. Both adults and children with various skin conditions, from melanoma and psoriasis to abnormal skin pigmentation and acne, benefit from this care.

To more effectively educate future physicians and provide patients with the most thorough comprehensive care, dermatology services are located in the Anheuser-Busch Institute (ABI), part of the Saint Louis University Health Sciences Center campus and SLUCare Des Peres
